Apartament
The apartment is composed of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room where your guests can sit around the table for a coffee or on the sofa. Leather and wood create an atmosphere of trust and stability. The apartment has and LCD TV, Jacuzzi bath and bidet, and lavatory for guests.
Suite
The Suite has a double bed along with other two single beds, thus offering enough accommodation for a group of 4 people.
Extra
For a more complete experience of your staying, regardless leisure or work, this rooms includes extra space, a double bed, armchairs and sofa.
Executive
The warm colors and familiar feeling of the Executive rooms create a feeling of home. For a comfortable saying, you have a double bed with hard, thick mattress in a generous space of 25m2.
Twin
For the people who want to share a room in separate beds, the Twin rooms come with 2 beds and are as roomy as the Executive ones.
Single
Excellent for a good rest, the single has bigger beds than regular rooms.

Restaurant
Coandi Restaurant is renown in Arad solely based on our customers’ appreciation, through word of mouth that spread from one client to another.

The modern bar located near the reception if gifted with rare specialties, everything from cigars to grappa. Just use our motto: ask and you shell be served.
Conference room
The conference room has a surface of 80m2 and can host up to 50 people. We provide all the essential equipment for your events: overhead projector, screen, flip-chart, sound equipment.
