- Each villa has 4 separate rooms with shower/wc, 2 beds and an extra-bed for children, air conditioning, TV satellite, open terrace with garden table and chairs .The villas were built in 2003 and 2005.
- 4 Type B Villas 3*
Each villa has 2 apartments of 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms each, plus air conditioning, TV satellite, and refrigerator. Each villa has an open terrace with garden table and chairs. The villas were built in 2003.
- Cormoran Hotel 3*
- 34 double rooms with shower/wc, 2 bedsitters with Jacuzzi, air conditioning, telephone, TV satellite. The hotel was built in 1999.
- Floating Hotel Anastasia 3*
- 8 double bedded cabins with shower/wc, air conditioning, TV satellite. The floating hotel was opened in 2002.
